Biography
Mervyn Goode is a highly popular and commercially successful landscape artist. Initially he took courses in landscape architecture at the Gloucester School of Art but on graduation he decided to turn his energies to painting. His first one-man show at the Highton Gallery in London in 1970 was a sell-out and gained him acclaim from critics and collectors alike. Since, his career has flourished and he has had numerous one-man and mixed shows throughout the UK and in the US. His style is realist/romantic and he has devoted himself steadfastly to lanscape painting. In light of his popularity and style, there is a thriving print industry around his work. |
